November 11, 2006—Cellist Ulrike BrandGerman cellist Ulrike Brand, widely known in Europe as a leading performer of contemporary music, performed a program that includes the first performance of Christian Wolff’s One Coat of Paint. Other works on the program include John Cage’s Four6, Bernd Zimmermann’s Sonata for Cello Solo, and Cello Suite No. 1 by J.S. Bach.
